Some more Questions and Answers from the CC
(These questions were from me.)

Q What about money? Other sources of financing?

A We are running at a pretty good burn rate..because of going into the early production phases..we are ramping up material..have paid for some of the capital equipment that has arrived.

We will need more cash after the first quarter.. will have to take on some debt...or sell some more stock. If we do that we would like to have the stock price a little higher....
We are not aggressively pursuing the raising of money at this time...we have several sources of capital that we feel will be available.

Q What about safety testing? Still a major consideration? ..
possiblity of that something can blow up on us?

A Anything is possible...

Q How fast are we producing batteries....cells.

A I think I can now answer that.
There are 11 major steps in this process. The easiest one is the assembly machine. We mix powders, We mix liquids..we mix them together ...we coat the batteries ...we slit them..we laminate them.
We have assembly machines..which are part of the critical path..
not always..and packaging machines. The assembly machines the
4 by 4 assembly machines which can make batteries up to 5 by 5 or larger .. or down to any size we like..capable of making batteries at about 5 per minute.

Q Your definition of battery?

A You can have a one cell battery.....perhaps I should talk about
cells...

Assembly machine...25 batteries per minute..batteries can be from one bycel to ten..

Q You are breaking up...can we start from the top again? (Laughter)

A The assembly machine for making large batteries is running at
four batteries per minute...we run it a an hour or couple of hours at a time...the high speed fall battery line is running at about
ten batteries a minute and with some adjustments we will go up to 25
per minute.....both assembly machines are running satisfactory and
both assembly machines are producing batteries as fast as we need them to produce them at the moment.
