Thanks. Appreciate your analysis and perspective. Ain't about to "relax" though. Plan to watch like a hawk. On balance, agree that positives from MSFT alliance probably outweigh negatives. In the strange world of the media and wall street, the Q gains from the MSFT halo effect - bought and paid for with favors familiar to those of us with some knowledge of finely tuned Asian practices. But so far, have not seen anything real contributed by MSFT - no key people, no technology, nothing practical - just press conferences moves from San Diego to Redmond. My major concern is not so much the predatory history of MSFT but that the Q may well be betting on the wrong horse. For wireless appliances, see Java and Jini as the future - Windows CE as an albatros. But in sum, based on the Q's management track record, assume the Q will navigate these waters OK and bring net gains for the Q from it. Cheers. Chaz
