You got the idea, I call the head the 10 biggest caps, and the tail the 20 smaller ones. The smaller ones are thinly traded but comparison, and if they hold the index up while the big ones sell off we get set up for a fall. ie; it loses it's ability to be liquid, at this time it's less liquid than it was DEC 8th. so I half way expect her to fall below 9000, and if she does I then expect some downside momentume. ( unless the fed steps in or the 30yr rate falls. ) back to about where it was DEC 8. quote.yahoo.com it was taht low rate that helped her get up, but now what is she going to do for an encore. Jim
