What you described in the phrase and sentence above are the
actions of what any civil adult would clearly see to be those
of a bratty, probably spoiled child of the three to eight year
old range. To be acting that way well into adulthood is not
'pushing any envelope', it's a childish (and repeated in
Slider's case) attempt to draw attention to oneself.
Slider got more of my attention when he stuck to "Strictly
Drilling and Oilfield Services."

Slurs on anyone's personal life, traits, etc. are cheap shots
that, to my mind, reduce the value of a person, organization,
or poster's opinion to zero or negative.

That's what I think.
