Pat, I started a new thread. The link starts when you go onto charts. Just click on the Vivus share holder movement thread. I can say that I am going to try to do something but I can't do anything without the help of other investors.

Things should have been stared 6 months ago when we first bought it up. The momentum is now going to be extremely unfavourable. One good thing is, I never seen a dead stock before and it is intresting to see how the shorts keep drowning the longs here. Hopefully no matter how unfavourable somethign will be done so as not to just give up and die which is ultimately what leyland will do given the chance.
