Now, on to this "secondary" offering of 9 million shares. Can anyone with experience in this area offer a play-by-play of the mechanics?

Will it be like another IPO, with a countdown to a specified date?

What happens if the street just yawns at NITE's offering, do 9M shares just sit on the table while the price of NITE shares drop like a stone?

Or is there some mechanism designed to mete out these extra shares over time in order to prevent an over abundance on the supply side?

Is there any chance (probably a stupid question) that current shareholders could get a chance to pick up a few of these additional shares at a discount?

And finally, there is that nagging question that I asked a couple of weeks ago that still has not been answered: How can MM's, who already have a nasty reputation for manipulation, trade a MM stock without bias?

I was not trying to convey any impression. My post was in response to a question that had been asked in post 206 by Burton Waxman. You appear to be mainly a bull, and that has been a mindset. Most traders who did have that mindset caused them to get blown out in this awesome bull market we have had. You should however, develop the ability to also be a short seller when market opportunities point you that way. Nite was a great short for only a short term play when it was in the 40's and 50's recently.

You made a comment on Wednesday that "Looks like this stupid media-sponsored correction is toast." That was a great call because Thursday the Nasdaq had it biggest point gain ever. The problem is that Firday the Nasdaq had its fourth biggest point loss ever. And Tuesday it had its third biggest point loss ever. For whatever reasons, if we were to ever get a string of some hard, consistent breaks in the Nasdaq, then what impact will Nasdaq market momentum have on Nite in your opinion. What do you think a reasonable bottom is? On the other hand, if we were to get a string of some hard, consistent rallies, given the recent news on Nite, have you lowered your objective of 60 to 80 for the stock?
