blanmind,

This is a fairly old data. Most of the institutions where selling before and on the downgrades, and probably to offset taxes at the end of last year. Some funds simply have to sell on downgrades.
If, you remember, Putnam has recently file S-13G/A, which means they no longer hold 5%, they reduced their holdings to 4.5%.
However this stock had 70% institutional ownership at some time, and I beleive they will be back before or on upgrades.
