i was thinking more of the percentage of upside it will have over the next 9 months, not necessarily the quality of the management. 'It seems' in this day and age of trading, it's real hard to get A) a company that has a decent balance sheet, B) a company with a great product (with only one competitor, really) C) a company that really cares for it's investors D) a company whose stock price is beaten down badly E) one that 'SHOULD' clean up with everybody FORCED to be Y2K - they have to buy something - quick - or go out of business, or sell out, or get sued.....
