I agree w your point that the message was self serving and blunt to a fault. I also know that there are many levels of service out there. I watch a chat room (#dtoc) where most of the traders are using a less potent service than the one that I do, and I cannot help but feel that these guys(and girls) have arrived at a gunfight with a pocketknife. The PR piece only states the obvious and to that end I find little fault with Cybercorps point. I agree that tact was a little lite.
