Your experience is a perfect example of the helplessness of the average investor.

Where is the SEC in this matter? What have they done to protect your rights and ensure that similar incidents do not reoccur?

The markets in theory operate under a certain set of rules. These rules should be equally applied to everyone. By selectively applying the rules based on the Investor damages the integrity of the open market system.

Your story confirms what I said earlier about the "BUDDY" system that exists on Wall Street which comes at the expense of your average Mr. John Doe investor.
