Lynn. Re: "This is a *very* important article for every investor in CPQ to read." I agree. This clearly shows the issues cpq faces and their strategic "roadmap".

Re: "CPQ does not help change the mind-set of people with their advertisements." Advertising can help but the organization should pay off the strategy with a "solutions" sell. Also, TV works well at piling up lots of bodies, which makes it good for consumer products. CPQ's WSJ campaign is a company sell and print is good for CIOs and IT professionals.
