Dix...Like I said before those "conspirancy theories" aren't worth dignifying .....

with a response....

eom....regarding that issue..

Now regarding other items....

1. Based on Marsha Clark's prosecution, I'd "most likely" have to vote to acquit OJ...She allowed too many issues to be raised and should have stuck to the blood evidence...But let me emphasize, I have not read the Police report or forensics, wasn't at the trial, didn't visit the murder site and thus could not and will not come to any conclusion on this case ...especially one based on media coverage and prevailing popular sentiment.

Plus I also have many issues and outstanding question regarding the case that I have not seen addressed. "The Glove" for example...begs a lot of questions....form fitting gloves are worn to crime scenes so as not to leave finger prints...So if OJ was grasping a knife and cut himself how did the glove come off?...was it pulled off? Doesn't seem likely...

More importantly...OJ cut his knuckle purportedly during the murder....now if the glove hadn't come off prior to this action...wouldn't there be a corresponding cut of the glove where his knuckle was cut? I have never heard any such evidence presented...plus I still can't comprehend how OJ could be so careless with these "gloves" yet so careful with all his other bloody clothes and the murder weapon....Seems inconsistent...at least to me...

Am I the only one to raise these questions?....So again, I note I wasn't in the court room...didn't see all the evidence presented ...and therefore have to finally say for the record that I can not judge this case. Plus I would never let the case as tried on television and discussed amongst the "pundits" be judged for me..

Note Dix, as you know, I am an affluent Caucasian male. Also note that I'm not adverse to being a contrarian.

2. Here is the address for the URL of the "Red Herring" magazine..This mag is probably my favorite easily available source for technology news and information..

redherring.com

3. Frank Rich to whom you derided in an earlier post happens to be a regular contributor to the Op-Ed Page of "the New York Times"......

Guess the editorial page of the NY Times is a trivial source of information based on your prior comments regarding Frank Rich..

Sincerely,
