Pulled this Starnet number off the old board from the news release back then. Maybe
we should all call this number and see if anyone's home. The number is at the bottom of
the page.

New York, May 20/PRNewswire/ -- Continental Holdings International, Inc. has
announced today that it has acquired 100% of the shares of Starnet Consulting Inc.,a
Delaware corporation, in exchange for 15.000.000 shares, pursuant to rule 144, to the
shareholders of Starnet.

Starnet is in the process of creating an exclusive, global website designed by a team of
young internet developers with proven expertise and substantial financial resources.

As a result of this acquisition, the Board of Continental Holdings, Frederic Hassid,
Lubov Ulianova and Kfar Ngom resigned. Elected as president was Thomas
Collardeau, and as Secretary and treasurer, Alvina Collardeau.
