fma:

I like your idea and I think your approach to meet with a member of mgt before the meeting and posing questions rather than demands is a good one. I remember last year, prior to the meeting, gathering questions from others on this thread, meeting with JDN to prioritize them and then having time at the meeting to pose just one of those questions. You might want to think along the same line to determine, "What's the one question I/we want to ask in the general meeting?"...and have other questions for your one-on-one.

I, as JDN recently reminded us, would like to know if they plan to retire the Tandem debt and avoid issuing more warrants. Seems to me mgt should know what they intend to do about it.

Thanks for offering to be the messenger.

Dear FMA: Excellent idea. This was done last year and I think I recall it was spearheaded by KARL. Suggest Karl again collect the questions and get them worded properly (he did a good job before) and present them to you and the thread for asking. It was sort of disappointing the few questions asked at last CC and I think that was because the attendees are not as familiar with TAVA latest developments as they would need to be to ask the right questions. JDN

ps: I would like one of the questions to deal with licensing arrangements. I know they cant answer each and every one but in general, how many licensing agreements are there, what is the distribution in the World, how long do they anticipate they will run, any idea of potential revenue? (this question I am sure can be improved upon but you get the flavor of it)
