Cos, you're right who cares about the court case, but it will put in question management's creditability strictly in my mind. Thats up to individual shareholders to make, but in my mind, I will not be pleased with many persons at the water cooler... Medinah should issue a statement/update regarding this court case, again just my opinion. (RUMOR)I have also heard that DAY could be, may be, should be...short Medinah stock...if this RUMOR is true then certainly dissemination of the facts/lies would be in the best interest of Dayton. Could you imagine if DAY was indeed short Medinah, oh say 5, 10, 15 million shares of MDIN, and had to cover. Whippee, Katie bar the door, lights out, game over!!!, but then rumors are lots of fun to speculate on huh?,...again this are stictly water cooler rumors and investors should perform their own DD.. :-)
