I think they are right there with the Slick White House. Perhaps if they do lose, it will be a market shaking event, even though pundits call it a non-event.

Not that my views are worth a Tinker's dam, but I posted a few days ago that they have lost the case, and that it will be very expensive (govt milking machine backed up against cow and tubes attached) or that it will be another AT&T.

The govt boys have Big Bill cornered. If he's smart, he'll settle and fast. Ego may get in the way, so the scissors may actually be used.
