Todd...I like Jesse...Loved the commercial with the Jesse action figure... Fighting the "special interest man" Though think if he was still wrestling The UnderTaker would put him five feet under.......Plus Stone Cold Steve Austin would put a real hurt on his butt...Guess why that is the reason Jesse is now the "Thinker"...and no longer the "Body"... Also like some policies of Wellstone...and voted for a Republican Tom Ridge...may actually work for another one... Though registered as a democrat, and formerly a member of the DNC and groups like Common Cause ...I have now given up all allegiances to any established party....and have started a brand new third party called the....DISENFRANCHISED PARTY Based on Jesse's performance...think there is a large constituency... Want to join?... The Disenfranchised Party is very simple and consists of three words.... COMMON SENSE & FAIRNESS Though for Politicians indebted to corporate dollars, pacs, and the other vagaries of campaign financing........ Common sense in the current system goes out the window as taxed dollars are appropriated to congressional districts on the basis of seniority....rather than on the specific need for programs and projects ....such that this basically is a doling out of jobs, which is, in essence, a Federal and largely military job actions welfare program... Plus fairness...is reduced to double speak...as inequiptable means of taxation..increasing regressive payroll taxes while creating even more ways for the affluent to pay on a percentage basis even less tax......How equitable is that? Now why should I be whining? Heck after my deductions from depreciation, and many other avenues ....my actual tax rate is less than 10% (actually more like 8%), especially since I take most of my real "income" in the form of distributions ....and corporate taxes have even more loop holes for deferring income. Now why should I complain as the disparity between rich and poor expands...Heck I'm rich... Isn't it the American way to be self-serving and motivated solely by self-interest? Well...anyway....back on topic....what's basically pretty neat about PNLK and some other 'bb' stocks...as well as Internets in general... is first...the bb's..the good ones..at least...are basically DPO's.... Direct Public Offerings...where people invest as the company is developing its product and executing its b-plan while utilizing public capital to do so And second, Internet investment opportunities have generated new wealth at a rate and to a broad group of people that has hitherto been before accomplished, at least, in my lifetime... Anyway...enough rambling... ztect...z'spellin' not checked
