Dale,

I wouldn't worry too much about the insider selling in PSEM. The many small sales (or planned sales) that you see over the past year are the original investors, mostly members of the Tay family from Singapore, who collectively hold nearly 7 million of PSEM's 9 million outstanding shares. The shares shown as "sold" are actually a drop in the bucket. The most recent planned sale is by Patrick Brennan, soon retiring as PSEM's CFO.

PSEM is an aggressive, well managed company that could double again this year. I got in last year @ 6+, then sold most shares into the last earnings report. Am debating whether to buy back heavily into it again. The biggest problem I have is that IDTI has just introduced a huge family of products that competes directly with PSEM's, and I haven't been able to determine whether this is going to create heavy price pressure for PSEM. It may be a non-issue as PSEM's mfg. is all done off-shore and they are probably still below's IDTI's price points. However, until I find for sure, I am going to proceed cautiously.

Regards,

Knip
