Like I've said many times, Soros can't sell his 8.4 million shares. He can sell others he has bought outside of the original deal, but those are insignificant compared to the 8.4 million stake. It appears Soros personally bought 130,000 shares and Druckenmiller has disposed of the 440,000 that his fund owned. He got rid of half of that before the Zenit crash, and the rest in December(tax loss no doubt). Yahoo indicates Soros sold 130,000 in December, but he still has 130,000 in his personal account. So, we have Soros still controlling 8,530,000 shares.
