7 mil of the 41 was caused by Clinton stalling/lying before the dress was found. He should be fined $7 mil. That's reality.

The $41 million would not have needed to be spent if Clinton weren't so slimey. That is a huge expenditure lets see every man women and child in the US paid a total of $.16 cents.
