Hi John. I lurk as you know, so I will respond to your... Would also like to hear the Chief's reply to this one.

I like to deal with facts....I try to remove emotion from any investment...I am not perfect because I have got emotional about a couple of stocks in the past...still hold them.......I have learned.

Facts
1)I posted the "highly criticized"(on this thread) SELL call on GE when the stock was trading at $1.75
2) I took the time to read Guido's sampling process and the area sampled. I reported the sampling was too sparse and was highly questionable as presented. I was criticized for the statement and confronted with "who should we believe a "part time amateur or Guido who is a highly respected PHD"
3) I explained how river beds in general can accumulate gold in "alluvial pools'. How these pools would return "herrendously high sample numbers, which shall be accepted as being totally inconsistent with the rest of the property.
4) I also explained that grab samples are totally irrelevant as a guide to "resource/reserve". My now infamous line still is "geologists never grab dirt, and company geologists don't pay assayers to assay dirt". A grab sample by its very nature is an indicator of whether gold/copper/zinc/nickel etc etc is present on the property. Geologist will only grab where there is visible indicators of the mineral they are looking for!!
5) I stated that the publishing of Guido's report was proffessionally irresponsible "at the very least" and did not demonstrate acceptable standard for a formal submission to shareholders, no matter what country you are in.
6) I stated that Guido (IMO) had not demonstrated in his report sampling techniques that were "in tune" with the International Mining Standard. I believe that this has been supported by GE as they now donot support the document as "being complete"!
7) I also stated that I felt that if one could easily question all the above, then even the consideration that the 6mm ozs is "real" is highly questionable and likely improbable
8) I have also stated that there is gold on the property and the likelihood of it "diminishing" to a non-economic resource would only take the time it takes to clean out the "pools".
9) I also stated that the "excuse" that drilling the property is impractacle, is also just that, an "excuse". RC drilling would alleviate all of the naysayers in a flash!! Because if there is as much gold in "them thar hills" it would come flushing out....and put all the naysayers back in their hole...even me!!
10) I also stated that "any" chance of this property being "really true" was lost as a result of "time". Once the "zillion ounce" declaration was published "respected geologists" from all the companies would have enquired quickly to get "first dibs" on the property. By securing first option, they could easily sit back and wait for the "SEC thing" to blow over. No announcemnet of even a "first option" has been made...even though BD...who is reputable has been on the property and completed a preliminary study.
11)To produce SEC filings that consistently refer to the possibility the company "might" go bellyup supports the theory that nobody...but nobody of repute is taking TT or this company seriously.

My opinion is that this company will fade off into the distance taking shareholder money with it. As always, I have stated that if I am wrong, then I will come back to this thread and apologize and "eat a little crow". I hope you all do exceedingly well and Colleens hope for a $30 dollar stock come true. But even if it does, I will have no regrets not owning this stock. The work is, at best...incomplete...the publication....proffessionally irresponsible.....and the GE organization...non-existent!!

The best to you all

Disclaimer

With the information presented thus far..the above is my opinion. They are the reason's why "I" choose not to buy this stock. As pointed out many times on this thread..I am not a geologist, so don't accept my reasons as being "professional". My opinion is voiced as personal opinion only, and is not designed to influence the purchase, or sale of the stock. The author may be proven to be incorrect in his assumptions...do your own DD on any stock before investing. Consult a qualified investment person before making any investment!

good luck to all

the Chief

<<Eric Parade, Doug Lapp, Probart, Brian Nl, JS and any other true believers. >> LOL. John, you are the one saying this. Where have you ever heard that I am a "true believers"? You are making your own assumptions now. I am and investor, therefore that makes me a speculator, which makes me prone to risk which in turn makes me money, which in turn makes me lose some.
You must have little regard for your fellow speculators if you do not think that I do not believe this could fold in a second, just like Coke could do tomorrow. I follow every negative post, and I read the negative ones three times. Then I go and do research on them. Not just for this stock but all the ones I trade. When intelligent posters who put out negative spins are out in force I pay even more attention. They are the ones who would not be wasting their time here if there were nothing to speculate. Their view is from a different angle. A person buy the name of "Drake353” saved my a$$ went I researched his negative posts and bailed out of ABTX at $13.50 for a very small loss. Look where it closed yesterday - six dollars and some cents. I also make money buy buying companies with a good risk/return ratio, which have been pumped and then dumped. I am a subscriber to quiet a few services on the Internet i.e. Tokyojoe, Coolcat etc. etc. I have made good friends on the Internet and listen to what they have to say. I have also lost money on many, and will probably loose again in the future.

What am I trying to say? Well, just that there are many ways to skin a cat. (Sorry feline lovers) And, I have done my speculative homework on this one (and made a bit of money on the way).

Probart, having a great weekend in sunny North Texas.

John,,,The problem is that if we small people are not holding shares prior to a major type news release, then we will never be able to afford the after freeze price.
....Golden Eagle is still here,,,The 6.4 million number is still here...and so are you......Hmnnn....I really wish one thing would change!

Eric Parde
