Ken, I like your idea of averaging down on PCMS. I am watching it closely myself for a reversal. As it hits 7 it should be able to find some support. If not, bail out quickly because there is nothing until much lower down. You might give a couple more days to see if a congestion pattern emerges around 7 (6.5-7.5), and then set your buy-stop just above this highest high of that period. Keep us posted, TC.
