i think net radio becomes more like broadcast radio
interstitial revenue based (ads)
i also think music on the net in general could be ad based
all those mp3 files could just as well be ad driven

'Under the terms of the new law, the Internet tax moratorium is officially in place, and will be in effect from October 1, 1998 until October 21, 2001.'

internet tax would affect a lot of internet companies, not just tiny net radio

but the moratorium is until october 21, 2001 -- that's a long time from now in internet time

trying to predict the government's position after Fall 2001 is impossible
