you are right jayne, you do not want to meet these guys. i suggest you get a copy of art bell radio show from last night, he did great piece on paid internet bashers . it was very interesting. do you know some of these bashers desperately try to align themselfs with credible agencies & regulatory bodys to give the illusion of legitimacy? they even get coverage in legitimate press. it is too bad the reporters will not perform diligence & speak to the lawyers preparing litigation against these 'bashers' for defamation & libel & the harm these 'vigilantes' do to legitimate co's. . it is my hope that when pending litigation commences, investors will start to see these vigilantes for what they are, unqualified, no authority, no credentials, no regulatory or authoritative agency SANCTIONS what they do, in essence, there opinion is WORTHLESS. they merely haunt stock chat boards to intimidate & scare. in the case of janice shell she has tirelessly promoted & defended wellrich, a telemarketing boiler room soliciting stock when they, like the bashers they work in concert with, are not qualified to do what they do. wellrich is not a broker / dealer but that has not stopped them from taking, in the case of one elderly aznt stockholder, $118k & getting this elderly stockholder to open up a $50K equity line of credit to purchase other of there 'house' stocks . wellrich has recently been shut down, again. why do we not read that in bloomberg? why do we not hear who these bashers promote & defend & work in concert with in there campaigns to bash certain co.'s? you are right about zapara & you are also correct about the others i named , they are also defended & promoted by this group heralded in bloomberg? can you imagine this zapara illegally obtaining 440k shares from the co., the co. goes to court , the stock is cancelled & janice shell tells investors the court case never existed, she claims it was a "lie". now what reporter from bloomberg performed diligence on that? who called the attorneys? who spoke to the co. that zapara stold the stock from? i think you may be able to get a recording of the piece on paid internet bashers on art bells web sight. good luck. spider
