re: DNB talk on the street - CMW said to be buying DNB's Denbridge Digital subsidiary for $80+ million cash, possibly some securities too. That's well north of $4.00 per DNB share fully taxed, after debt pay-out and fully diluted. The "Deal" is probably the worst kept secret on the street - been underway for almost a year. Announcement imminent. Let's watch the tape.
