Beware Pump and Dump

Everyone knows INDI + YHOO is old news.

Old News means little buyers and those last poor sheep who stumble into a rehash news release are buying into sellers and shorters.

Pump and hype old news all u want. Old news is old news.

Red flags everywhere:
1. minimal revenues 11 mil...enormous losses 5.8 million;

2. a website that few if any read;

3. last or near last in an over crowded field of all things
"stock info";

4. a few vocal newbies loudly and obnoxiously trying to
convince others to buy a tiny stock that has had a huge hype
run up on one lame release of old news.

5. huge amount of convertibles at 2 dollars a share

Buyer Beware

The INDI PR is planned for Tuesday the 16th.

Hank Clark, the company's CFO, informed me of this. Those who wish to confirm this can call Hank at (212) 843-2777 (ext 788). The plan is to announce the PR on Tuesday for the Yahoo/INDI deal's official launch (Friday was a soft-launch according to Hank). That's the next trading day since Monday is a Holiday. Most shorts probably didn't realize that so I expect a huge short-covering early in the morning.
If the news hits before the open, I expect an even bigger gap up as many buyers will compete for those shares. JMO, good luck.
