Brian, You make a good point. The experts that have visited the site have said it is an unusual deposit. The question then becomes is it really an unusual deposit.

<cataclysmic event> Not just Hausen. I remember it well. TT used those words and explained it on Morty's show as well.

<If you have shares, I would get out while you can>

I knew someone would jump on that, thanks Brian. Investment advise from someone we don't know, have never heard of, and know nothing about is always followed immediately by us ignorant....see Probart's past post describing us.... LOL

I have not been to the site and I have no first hand knowledge, but I live in La Paz and I have friends in the alluvial mining industry here. I went to a the geological association meeting about 10 - 11 months ago when Guido tried to explain the deposit and his reserve numbers to the local mining community. This was not an unfreindly audience. The mining industry is in bad shape here and the miners would like nothing more than to have a major discovery which would bring in investment. Guido was torn apart in the question session after the talk.

A friend who works for New Zealand company who have been alluvial gold mining in Bolivia for several years. He did some test work in the area before GE. He knows very well the alluvial deposits on the eastern slopes of the Andes. He has no faith in GEs claims.

I have read most of Guidos report on their web site. Several things made no sense such as the supposed high grade gold in cobbles and the very fine gold that locals couldnt recover. The locals commonly use mercury which loves fine gold.

Maybe a significant deposit is there but to date I have seen nothing convincing. They have had plenty of time to complete good test work which would validate the deposit.
