Thank you Jim. If what I have been told turns out to be true we should all be very happy shortly. I am making no reference to the lawsuit because everything I can uncover still tells me the case was moved from La Serena due to it being so politically unpopular and is in Santiago waiting to be heard. The Chileans are on their summer siesta through February. I believe this will not prove to be very important as far as MDIN's future is concerned, anyway.
