We are on the same wavelength. Things will be quite depressed for awhile if OPEC does not cut, but a big upturn within 2 years is a virtual certaintly.

I do see new OSX lows shortly unless the market starts to anticipate OPEC cuts. Another 10-15% drop with much bigger hits to some of the weaker players. Probably a nice rally after that. If OPEC does cut significantly, we should see OSX 60-65 soon. Very few expect anything to happen in March, but the majority has been wrong before.

We must also be aware of possible additional negatives. Many still expect a Chinese devaluation this year. And more Latin economies could follow Brazil into the toilet.

BTW, I believe the CRB made a new low on Friday. Another sign that the global economy remains quite weak.
