Gersh; I agree, I was just referring to the way of I
understand some basic general priorities or rules to
apply and use in handicapping the broad market.
--------------
And how not to get the cart in front of the horse.
Many different disciplines or system may work, and I think
a person has to find what fits them best.

----------------
I used the turn up point ( or false rally ) as it's easy
to understand, & one can extrapolate from that.
Or perhaps inverse it at tops to get short signals.
You may not see the signal all that often, as it don't happen
that much but it's a good one, if it don't play out every time
it's got a very high percent. I doubt we ever find absolutes
that always hit 100% , but that one is dam close.
And it can be stated in the negative to keep it simple

Market reversals to the upside are not lead by
the smaller caps. Almost never, I would say never ever but
that's asking a lot of any market rule.
