Well, that party was considered to be 53% to 30% better at dealing with the country's problems and issues according to the latest ABC poll. 30%; that is pretty darn low. See, the American people see through a lot of the smoke screen. They see that the Republican's won't do a darn thing about campaign finance and so anything the Dem's do is really just part of how they are set up by the current system.

As for technology; the Dem's are on the side of not killing the internet with all sorts of schemes to kill free speech. I don't care for all the pornography ads myself, but there is software out there that filters this; I haven't tried it out so I don't know how well it works, but that is the better approach than endless prosecution. Is internet porn going to be the next "Drug War" we spend billions on? That's all we need; fill the prisons up even more with a prohibition style law.

What I think is interesting is how much you leave out that is positive about the Dem's and how much you leave out that is negative about the Republican's in you list.

The bottom line is that the Dem's make sure the economic pie gets divide a hell of a lot more fairly than the Republican's when it comes to making sure that the middle class and the working class don't get screwed.
