Fina,
We really appreciate your representing us at the SHM.
Perhaps, you might inquire if management has a grand plan and critical
path analysis in place for post y2k that the shareholders are unaware
of and, if so, would they please elaborate.

Thank You,

Bob and Priscilla Richmond

fma, before the weekend is over or shortly there after there will be some ideas coming your way I would guess, after all the information I found about TAVA the last few days I don't care about the Tandem debt myself. IMO WR

fma,

I would like to have a detailed roadmap of what management plans to do to increase shareholder value. More specifically, I would like them to point out how they think they are doing that now, and how they can improve it moving forward.

Thanks in advance,

JSI

Question for SHM: I think JJ wanted to talk about the Partners on the CC, but nobody asked. In his comments he said the Partners were shaking out into those that were gathering business and those that weren't. Two very important Partners, on the surface, are Unisys and IBM Asia. Are they among those who are working out postively for TAVA? Also, CSC appears to be a fine source of business for TAVA (e.g., the Canadian govt. contract). Is this a marriage of the Y2K moment, or are there strong indications that CSC and TAVA can continue to cooperate in post-Y2K work?
