My first thought:

If this technology will draw attention in the investment community after a wave of comercials (even this attention is driven by Nortel comercials), IDTC will benefit from it.

Second thought:

IDTC's technology beats the hell out of Nortel's. Nortel's Voicebutton is limited only to participating websites. It is not an application you can use to dial any phone in the world at low rates, for general long distance purposes. With IDTC you can call your grandma in Australia, if you had one there, or she can call you. Net2Phone's market reach is much bigger.
