Sarmad,

There is a program in Realtick III that will allow an alarm to go off for the following areas: Price >, Price<, New High, New Low, Open>, Open<, Total volume (will do your 10K shares), Trade Vol., & Tick Ct. I'm not certain if there is any software that will set off an alarm for an up or down tick.
If anyone knows of any software that does, please respond back.

Al

As a backup quote service I subscribe to Interquote. They don't have level 2, however their format is level one into an excel compatible spreadsheet. I am a beta-tester for their software and I have worked with them with a whole bunch of different and cool alerts. Because it's a spreadsheet format, you can customize the data anyway you want and set alerts on calculated fields. What's really cool is that I have got them to make it do an e-mail page which works great with my pagemart pager. I can go to lunch, run around, whatever... just have to take a cell phone and my pager. It is a great system for a position trade, but way too slow for any peace of mind as a day-trader. Hope this helps.
Matt
