Once upon a time (1992?) ROSS used to make a lot of money. Then something changed and they never did again. Does anyone remember what they used to do right and no longer do? Did the market change radically all of a sudden? What?

It seems to me that e-commerce companies also get clobbered when they constantly miss their estimates. My original point was not the abolute level of profitability, it was ROSS's inability to create a set of expectations and then hit them. I don't want ROSS to stop investing in the future, I want them to stop coming up with over-optimistic estimates.

Best,
Rick
