I dunno: EMC's stock price over the past 8 years is surpassed only by DELL: techstocks.com But the comparison of DELL's storage product line to EMC's is ludicrous. DELL's storage business is primarily for the small to medium size corporate customer whose is working with a Xeon microprocessor or two (Great product by the way), whereas EMC's is much more broad based, and DELL has very little significant intellectual property in the storage business, once again making it a low end commodity player.
