It was communicated to me in a conversation with a company official this past week that Medinah is working toward becoming a reporting company. It is my understanding that a Nasdaq listing is being pursued and this will likely take place in the next year. If the stock performs like many believe it will, there could likely be a buyout and much of this posturing will be moot. I sincerely hope that there will be a news release at the first hint of a major metal find. I hate these long weekends when I seem to be the only one who has to work and the markets are closed. Following this stock has really added some excitement and intrigue to my life.

You are right. All one can do is check all leads and try to determine how all the pieces fit together. If someone wants to scam you they always can. The new laws that have been passed will be good for everyone. The VSE used to be one of the dirtiest exchanges around, but no more. Listing companies have to report. The exchange has taken a lot of heat for the more stringent requirements which has reduced the # of companies on the exchange. They flocked south to our otc bb system.
