blankmind, the part about the spinoff, it came right at the end of the 4-minute segment. For information, Herman Jacobs is the President, and Eli Katz the COO. Below are exact quotes:

--------------------------------------------------------------

CNBC: There're other online sites for buying perfume but fragrancecounter got a 3 years head start on them. They like to think of themselves as the amazon.com of perfume. Yet other investors don't seem to view them that way. Allou stock sank from over $15 to under 4 last year. It has since recovered but the executives are still frustrated.

HJ: "just based on value of an internet company, it should be double the value than it is now, or even more"

EK: "We get no respect. We're the Rodney Dangerfield of internet stocks, and obviously, you know, that's something we hope to change in the near future"

CNBC: So should investors smell an IPO spinoff of fragrancecounter.com in the future?

EK: " I think we'd be remiss if we wouldn't be considering that"

Other highlights will come in the next post.

Regards,

Tom
