<revised> A@P, how long does it take to fill out a form? They (USAT) had 2 weeks vacation. AND they still went ahead with the split! Please!

I understand the principals of USAT were associated with a now defunct network marketing company called Gold Unlimited from Kentucky. The owners of that deal were indicted by a Grand Jury for mail fraud and a number of other charges and they skipped the country. I wonder if their friends at USAT will share the same fate.

And who the heck is this Anthony guy they speak of? lol

As I read, the whole story stinks more than I thought.

Winning a contest where no real DD is done as well as competitors are not named..
Contest heavily sponsored by the own laws and IR firm, though.
"...but we don't do intensive DD"

Most compelling is that load of warrants strike @ .06 which is (besides the 120k money for 2M) effectively 2 Million free stock, with a traded price of up over $50. Naw, thats much money (on paper, though).

Will be interesting if they get another OTC admission..., if they want to preserve a rest of credibility they shouldn't admit USAT.

C.

However all stated IMO, unless stated in Union-Tribune.
