just got this E-mail from Dan Lunt. We appreciate your interest in WordCruncher and wish to answer your questions. Allow me to respond to the three questions we are seeing most frequently during the past few days. 1. Are we still planning to release product in mid-February? Our new site "www.spyhop.com" will go online on the 17th. As we've mentioned in the FAQ's on our current site, this will be a "soft" or "beta" release, and will only provide search functionality. The amount of content that will be indexed for this release is relatively small and will focus on U.S. newspapers, web development sites, and game sites. This provides us an excellent opportunity to collect user responses and to refine the product accordingly. We will also be adding content on an aggressive schedule. There is no stage at which we will consider the refinements or the content acquisition to be done since that will be an ongoing process in perpetuity. There will, however, be a time at which we consider the site ready for the transition from beta to prime-time. That will be a judgement call on our part. 2. When will there be a press release announcing the release of our new site? The SEC doesn't condone the preannouncement of press releases inasmuch as press releases tend to have an impact on stock prices. 3. How do we plan to promote the release? The main thrust of the marketing program will begin when we determine that the site is ready for prime-time. In the meantime, we will step up our information dissemination efforts (especially to the investor community), we will continue our work on strategic partnerships, we will continue to work with the trade analysts and the press, and we will continue to position other elements of our marketing program so that they're ready for the prime-time thrust. Please watch for the new site next week. There will be a place dedicated to news and upcoming developments on the site, and we're confident that we'll be able to help you feel better informed as we move forward. Again, thank you for your interest. Best wishes, Dan Lunt, President WordCruncher Internet Technologies 405 East 12450 South, Suite B Draper, Utah 84020 (801) 816-9904 Phone (801) 816-9840 Fax
