Dan, unfortunately there is no "right" answer. I try not to recommend brokers because what I need and what u need in a broker may be two different things. I wrote a general piece on evaluating brokers here:

Dan,

I have used CyberTrader since August '98. Except for the first week on Jan when they went live on their own server, the service has been very good.

I don't know how they compare with MBT or Whatley since I have never used them. I do use Datek and Schwab and Cyber has great L2 info. NO broker is perfect and problems do occur but I am satisfied.

Just for comparison on your own, go to their site www.cybercorp.com.

Call them during the day and see if you get through. I always do.
