Of course you find it sobering.

You've apparently forgotten that we've been living 30 minutes away from utter destruction for some 30 years now.

We live in a world of threats and finally someone is starting to focus on the threat posed by InfoWar attacks on our electronic infrastructure.

Why is it that everytime someones posts up a story on a military operation, they go... "See, I told you these guys weren't telling us the truth".

Personally, I surprised that some of that information is available on the net. But it goes to show you that there really isn't any secrecy to military contingency plans for Y2K.

How do you think these guys justify their Pentagon jobs, anyway? Whether it be Y2K, domestic terrorism, or an outbreak of a natural contagion like the Spanish Flu, these guys live to make slides, plans, and more plans. It their job to think worst case scenario and plan accordingly. (and then they hope they never have to carry them out.)

Regards,

Ron
