By the way as long as your into music were you aware their was a very very popular German band from the 70, and early 80's called "JANE" Their records even outsold Pink Floyd in Switzerland for a time. Enjoy your dinner.

Sesame Almond Chicken

3 Chicken breasts, skinned, boned and thinly sliced
3 tablespoons peanut oil
2 5-ounce cans bamboo shoots, drained and diced
2 cups celery, sliced diagonally
2 5-ounce cans water chestnuts, draind and sliced
1/2 cup slivered blanched almonds
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons sesame
3 cups chicken broth
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup water

Heat oil in wok over high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry until browned. Add bamboo shoots, celery, water, chestnuts, almonds, soy sauce, sesame and chicken broth. Cover and cook gently for 5 minutes. Blend together cornstarch and water. Add to chicken mixture and cook, stirring, until thickened. Serve with rice.
