Not sure if I missed the boat on a news release but if you go to the bid.com site they now are selling perfume/cologne packages under the GIFT heading. New to this thread but have been long on BII since Jan 3.

Hi Scott! Subject: In defense of Sound Cards I'm one of the people who ordered both the Henderson card (Canadian hockey player) and the Jordan card. I've e-mailed the company about getting additional Jordan cards depending on the number they will produce. For collectors of sports memorabilia they are a gem. (McGuire's 70th homerun ball recently auctioned for over 3 million to give you an idea of the kind of money involved) Aside from offering sports collectors something new, I perceived the cards as a promotional offering for the company to become known in the US. It's as good as advertising, but this way you get an immediate $ return on your costs and increase revenue at the same time. They marketed the card especially in the Chicago area where Jordan has reportedly brought billions of dollars to that area. In his retirement interview he stressed that he intended to remain in the Chicago area to calm the fears of many that they would loose his draw. Finally, I would like to think that Bid.com will create a broad spectrum of offerings to attract anybody and everybody to the site. Having found this company and bought the cards, I may just buy other items as I view their offerings and it will be the first site I will go to.
