The house is indeed on the site ,but it was the first house built on the site by a lady for her retirement. It is not an Affordable Housing project. Here is a link to a photo of the same house I took in July from a different angle. members.tripod.com The lagoon is man made, it is not a swamp. The property is on a high elevation sitting on a limestone shelf.
