><>...Chris considering the late hour...><>

I will answer this post of yours in detail ASAP.!
But as to these scriptures you point to you only argue my case that it was an unconditional covenant.

And the LORD said unto Abram, after that Lot was separated from him, Lift up
now thine eyes, and look from the place where thou art northward, and southward,
and eastward, and westward; for all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it,
and to thy seed for ever. Genesis 13: 14-15.
No conditions added!

Especially read Genesis 17:8 And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee,
the land wherein thou are a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting
possession; and I will be their God. And then he goes on to say.... Thou shalt keep
my covenant therefore, thou, and thy seed after thee in their generations.

Chris, do you even know what the covenant was?
____________
____________

In any case Chris consider this:

Exod 6:4-8
4 And I have also established my covenant with them, to give them the land of Canaan, the land of their pilgrimage, wherein they were strangers.
5 And I have also heard the groaning of the children of Israel, whom the Egyptians keep in bondage; and I have remembered my covenant.
6 Wherefore say unto the children of Israel, I am the LORD, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will rid you out of their bondage, and I will redeem you with a stretched out arm, and with great judgments:
7 And I will take you to me for a people, and I will be to you a God: and ye shall know that I am the LORD your God, which bringeth you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians.
8 And I will bring you in unto the land, concerning the which I did swear to give it to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob; and I will give it you for an heritage: I am the LORD.
(KJV)

If you wish I will get to the rest of your post ASAP....Or we can end it here. I am quite satisfied that God made this to be an everlasting, unalterable covenant. Just as He stated.

Really tired now Chris, we can talk again later

Sincerely,
Shalom...><>
BTW you never did show what scriptures you were using to document your statement concerning only 2 men stepping foot into the land that God swore to the people.
