Might we be considered a Mexican infrastructure project? msnbc.com Trade: The U.S. Export-Import Bank will provide up to $4 billion in export financing over the next two years. The aid, in the form of loans, loan guarantees and credit insurance, will support Mexican purchases of U.S. products such as aircraft and construction equipment, and Mexican infrastructure projects.
