You could say the same about Dell. You only make money selling at a higher price.

We've seen this movie before. Extended, corrects, extended, corrects. To say buyers are gullible presumes they're wrong.

Incorrect. Morgan Stanley Dean Witter has earned incredible fees by providing junk bond and debt services to Amazon.

Which results in a large bonus for Mary Meeker.

As far as anyone making any money off of Amazon's business operations, comon. Get with the program. Amazon was never intended to make money through operations. It was designed with one purpose in mind- to make insiders and their friends rich. Nothing more, nothing less. And at that, Amazon has succeeded beyond anyone's wildest dreams.
