I am and will be......But yes you are right lance.A forward split of 1 for 4 is just as it soumds.You give me one and I give you four.If it is a 1 for 5 split.....you give me one and I give you five. On the Vancouver Stock Exchange reverses were done quite frequently at 13 for one.That is to say we give them 13 shares and they give us one.Lately I am seeing 10-1 reverses and 5-1 reverses.The reverses are usually the kiss of death for investors.It is where the shell tells everyone they are going to look for financing and they have nothing to begin with.They masquerade it as a pump and dump factory and the shareholders end up holding the bag. Those who did not do there DD prior to the reverse sit and hope for some miracle.It doesn't happen.If on the other hand some DD is done and it has merit and potential people have done extremely well but the "curse of the reverse" kills more investors than it helps.The trick is doing DD and knowing the difference.That is where the men are seperated from the boys so to speak.
