Now that has to be an expensive outreach; to loan a computer out. It's good though. When I read the first part of your post I thought of the nice college educated mom's (and maybe a dad here and there) taking a class like that. Their children would be much less likely to be at risk. But the disadvantaged who don't think in terms of being more educated would never think of taking a class unless they were prompted by someone else, and then they may resist. A difficult problem.
